We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our Services may offer the opportunity to purchase virtual items or subscribe to premium features. All purchases are:

  • Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law

  • Billed to the payment method associated with your account or app store

  • Subject to the terms and policies of your payment provider or app store

For subscriptions:

  • Subscription periods and renewal terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings

Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of XCITE Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. XCITE Games does not warrant that:

  • The Services will meet your specific requirements

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  • The results of using the Services will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCITE Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
