Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, XCITE Games generally does not offer refunds for purchased games or in-app content once the transaction is complete, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

App Store Purchases

For games and in-app purchases made through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore):

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store according to their refund policies.

  • Each app store has its own refund process and timeframe:

    • Apple App Store: Typically allows refund requests within 14 days of purchase

    • Google Play Store: Generally offers a refund window of 48 hours after purchase

    • Amazon Appstore: Usually provides a 7-day return period for apps and games

We have no control over the app stores' refund decisions and timelines.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:
